1.The hostel is convenient for temporary stay. The maximum period of residence is 180 days. At the end of this term a guest is to leave or extend the reservation. Extension of the stay must be agreed with the hostel administrator.
2.The hostel works around the clock.
3.Check out before 12:00 / Check in after 14:00.
The hostel administration is entitled to refuse a guest a check-in before the indicated time or to condition such a right on the need to pay for a downtime for the previous day.
Subject to space availability, the guest can be settled before the indicated time of arrival (early check-in), paying 50% of the whole cost upon arrival from 06 AM to 2 PM.
The hostel administration is entitled to leaving of the guest after the checkout time or make such a right necessary to pay for the downtime of the place for the next day. If there are free places, the hostel administration has the right to provide the guest with the right to leave after check-out time (late check-out), with payment: at check-out from 12:00 to 18:00 - in the amount of 50% of the cost of the place, from 18:00 to the set check-out time - at 100% of the cost of the place.
- You should pay for the entire stay in full at the time of arrival (excluding pre-made prepayment, if any).
- You should submit identity document. When providing a place to a foreign citizen or stateless person, it is necessary to provide the documents necessary for migration registration (passport, visa and migration card). Migration registration is made in the hostel and is paid additionally.
- Guests of the hostel who have a passport but have not reached the age of 18 must have a notarized power of attorney from one of the parents, allowing their independent placement in the hotel.
- At the request of the guest, the whole room can be provided to him, subject to full payment of the cost of all places in the room (if there are free rooms).
- When arriving late, guests will be charged for the actual downtime, but not more than one day.
- If you are late for more than a day, the reservation is canceled. Prepayment for the first day is not refundable.
- The administration of the hostel has a right, subject to availability of free beds in the room, to accommodate guests regardless of gender and age.
- In rooms with bunk beds, the places on the lower and upper shelves are equivalent. Please note that the free beds for you can be both above and below.
- Payment for accommodation and services at the hostel is carried out at prices established by the hostel.
- The hostel provides the following services included in the price of the room/space in the room:
- reception and registration around the clock
- daily housekeeping and cleaning of public areas.
- provision of first aid kit for first aid and emergency call;
- change of bed linen and towels every 5 days;
- morning Wake-up (at the request of the resident guest);
- the possibility of booking and ordering tickets, taxis, etc.
- Internet services — use of wireless access to the Internet Wi-Fi;
- television services;
- provision of iron, Ironing Board;
- provision of safes for storing documents or valuables of guests.
- At an additional cost the following additional services are provided:
- the provision of excursion and tourist services for reservations of residents;
- sports and fitness services
- organization of children's leisure
- parking services for cars and bicycles;
- the provision of food services,
- laundry and dry cleaning services;
- sale of tourist information (city maps, etc.), the press;
- the provision of personal hygiene items: toothbrushes, shampoos, etc .;
- The hostel has special lockers for storing personal things in the rooms. At the time of check-in, each guest is given a key to the room (double room) or an individual locker (when providing a bed). The keys remain with the guest for the entire period of residence and are returned to the administrator before eviction. Penalty for a lost key - 300 rubles.
- The administration is not responsible for the safety of valuables, if they are not deposited with the administrator of the hostel. The hostel may refuse to accept money or valuables for storage if the hostel is unable to verify their authenticity.
- In the case of the discovery of forgotten things, the administration takes measures to return them to their owners. If the owner is not found, the administration stores the forgotten things for 10 days. The administration has the right to impose the costs of storing forgotten things and / or sending them to the owner.
- In order to ensure the safety of guests in public places (entrance hall, kitchen, corridors), video surveillance is carried out.
- A person staying at a hostel is required to:
- comply with hostel rules of residence;
- keep clean in the rooms for living,: kitchen, rest room, in bathrooms, etc .;
- strictly observe fire safety rules;
- turn off the main lighting after 23:00;
- keep silence in the hostel and do not disturb other guests from 23:00 to 08:00. The penalty for violation of this rule is 500 rubles.
- indemnify in case of loss or damage to the property of the hostel;
- Towels and bed linen at check-out are given to the hostel administrator. If spots and heavy contaminants are found on linen and / or a towel, the administrator has the right to demand a fine from the guest of 500 rubles.
- store your products in an individually signed package or personal container with an indication of the number of the place (a marker is provided). Before departure, guests are required to pick up leftover food from the shelves in the kitchen and from the refrigerator.
- maintain order in the kitchen: do the dishes, after cooking and eating, do not store cooked food in pots and pans. The fine for the left dirty dishes - 500 rubles.
21.The hostel is prohibited:
- leave in the living rooms of strangers, and give them the keys to the room to stay;
- store bulky things, flammable materials, weapons, drugs, determined by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
- rearrange furniture in rooms and public areas;
- eating in the rooms;
- keep animals and birds;
- to drink alcoholic and low-alcohol drinks in all areas of the hostel, to be in the hostel in a state of alcoholic or narcotic intoxication;
- disturb guests staying in the room and in other rooms of the hostel;
- to smoke in all rooms, except specially intended for this purpose places, according to the Federal law N 15-FZ "About protection of health of citizens from influence of surrounding tobacco smoke and consequences of tobacco consumption". For Smoking in non-designated areas will be charged a penalty set by the hostel in the amount of 5 000 Russian rubles, or the guest can be evicted from the hostel without a refund, including the next day.
- The hostel administration has the right to early terminate the guest’s stay and evict him if he is in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or other type of intoxication or in case of other violations of the rules of residence at the hostel and / or public order without a refund, including for the next day.
- The hostel performs sanitary cleaning once a day from 12:00 to 14:00.
- Unauthorized persons, at the request of the resident and with the notification of the administrator, can stay in the hostel from 9:00 to 23:00. Persons who come to visit guests must provide the administrator with an identity document while they are at the hostel. The administration has the right, without giving reasons, to refuse unauthorized persons to be in the hostel.
- The hostel administration is not responsible for the operation of city communications (emergency shutdown of light, water, heat, etc.).
- A book of reviews and suggestions is available at the hostel and is issued at the request of guests.
- In the absence of a guest at the place of residence for more than a day (according to the checkout time) without warning the hostel administration, the administration has the right to draw up an inventory of the property of the absent guest and move it for storage, with the subsequent assignment of a storage fee to the guest according to the price list approved by the hostel administration. The administration takes possible measures to search for a guest and return forgotten things (at the guest’s expense).
- In case of complaints from the guest, the administration takes all possible measures to resolve the conflict.
- An extra bed (folding bed) in a double room for a child from 3 to 12 years old is free of charge and is subject to prior reservation.
- In case of violation of the hostel’s rules and / or damage to the hostel’s property without further compensation, as well as in the case of inappropriate guest behavior, the administration has the right to add the guest details to the all-Russian black list.
- You can cancel the reservation no later than 48 hours before the expected date of arrival. If the order is received (in whole or in part) on the days of official public holidays, the prepayment is not refundable. In other cases of timely cancellation of the order, the prepayment will be refunded in full.
- When residing tourist groups, group leaders contribute an amount of 3000 rubles or more. as a pledge to ensure the safety of the property of the hostel. The exact amount is negotiated individually in each case. When the group leaves, the indicated amount is returned to the group leader.
- The hostel administration reserves the right to hold promotions and provide discounts. Rates for accommodation are not fixed. This means that on the same dates in rooms (places) of the same category, people can stay at different prices. The cost of accommodation is confirmed at the time of booking and cannot be changed later.
- Having settled in the hostel, please read the requirements of fire safety:
1) it is Not allowed to bring and store flammable liquids, explosives and materials in the room.
2) do Not cover sconces, table lamps with flammable materials.
3) Leaving the room, do not forget to turn off electrical appliances, lighting lamps, fumigators.
4) the use of pyrotechnics is Strictly prohibited.
5) it is Forbidden to use personal electric heaters, including boilers, electric kettles, electric irons.
- In cases not provided for by these rules, the administration and the consumer (hostel guest) are guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
